Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS
You may request a return within 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@urdipatang.com, clearly stating your order number and reason for return.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and original invoice intact.
Returns without prior email confirmation may not be accepted.
Important Notes on Returns
Refunds will not be issued if import customs duties or taxes are not paid by the customer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any applicable import duties or taxes for the return shipment.
If import duty charges applicable in India are unpaid for a return parcel, such charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility.
You will be notified via email regarding the status of your return.
Inspection and approval may take 4–10 working days from the date of receipt.
If approved, refunds will be issued only in the form of a store credit voucher.
Store credit vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue and can be redeemed exclusively on the Urdi Patang website.
NON DELIVERED ORDERS
Orders that are not delivered due to the consignee’s refusal to pay customs duties, VAT, or other applicable taxes will not be eligible for refund or return.
DISCOUNT & COUPON CODES
Any discount or coupon code applied at the time of purchase will be fully deducted from the refund value.
Discount deductions are not proportional and will be applied in full, regardless of the quantity or value of the returned item.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated import duties or fees.
